Welcome. By using toolmate.io ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. Read them — they're short.

1. The service

toolmate is a free collection of in-browser tools — calculators, converters, and generators. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

2. Use it freely

You may use the tools personally or for commercial work. You may bookmark and share links. You don't need an account; we don't have one.

3. Don't break it

• Don't scrape the site at volumes that degrade it for others.
• Don't attempt to bypass rate limits, security features, or ad systems.
• Don't reverse-engineer the site to mass-deploy competing clones.

4. Accuracy disclaimer

We work hard to keep calculations correct. However, you should double-check anything where the answer matters — tax deadlines, medical dosages, professional engineering, tournament-day mouse settings. toolmate is not a substitute for professional advice, and we accept no liability for decisions made based on tool output.

5. Intellectual property

The site design, copy, and original code are © toolmate. Any third-party content (game data, font names, brand logos referenced for context) belongs to their respective owners and is used nominatively for accuracy.

6. Changes to the toolbox

We may add, modify, or retire individual tools at any time. We try to keep /tools/* URLs stable but make no guarantees.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, toolmate is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, where the operator is based. Disputes will be resolved in good faith via email first.
